Together with a global community of practitioners, we've spent decades advancing the real-world application of these foundational methodologies and building the discipline of human interdependence management - the art and science of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder negotiation. Now we're applying cutting-edge, collaborative AI to transform how these capabilities are delivered and scaled.
Our team has led breakthrough applications of negotiation theory, intelligence and strategy in the world's most challenging environments, developing approaches that deliver real outcomes. We've navigated complex M&A, supported investments in frontier markets, and helped find paths to end wars, build peace, and negotiate new constitutions and social contracts that can endure. We have built institutional capacity for negotiations in some of the world’s most consequential organizations, creating synergy among previously siloed departments to yield maximum value in deal-making.
