Expeditionary LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Expeditionary," "we," "us," or "our") is an applied AI and strategic advisory firm that delivers negotiation intelligence and strategy for complex, high-stakes challenges. We combine artificial intelligence research, technology development, and deep expertise to help clients achieve breakthrough outcomes.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and any associated tools, content, analytics, or interactive components.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply across all subdomains, forms, linked resources, and services under expeditionary.ai, whether or not explicitly referenced on each subpage.

Definitions

"Site" refers to expeditionary.ai and all associated pages, forms, subdomains, and interactive features.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Site.

"Negotiation Intelligence Tools", "Negotiation Operating System" and "NOS" refer to our proprietary AI-enabled platforms and systems that support negotiation and stakeholder engagement processes.
"Expeditionary AI" refers to our applied Human × AI Negotiation Lab and the proprietary artificial intelligence systems, analytics, models, and methodologies it develops.
"Human × AI" / "H×AI" refers to our approach of integrating human expertise with artificial intelligence capabilities to amplify human capabilities and strengthen human autonomy.

Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for informational and evaluation purposes only.

You agree not to:

Reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to access source code.
Use Site content for regulatory filings or commercial deployment without written agreement.
Introduce malicious code, disable security features, or access restricted areas.

The Site may feature demonstrations of Expeditionary's AI and Human × AI capabilities. Any AI-generated content, analysis, or outputs accessible through this public Site are for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. They:

Are simplified examples not reflecting the full capability of our advanced intelligence systems, analytics and tools
Should not be relied upon for business decisions without formal engagement
May not include the human oversight and quality controls present in our client services

Real-world deployments of our Human × AI systems include appropriate performance standards, accuracy metrics, quality assurances and real-time technical support as specified in individual client agreements. This disclaimer applies solely to public Site content, not to contracted services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including trademarks (e.g., Expeditionary™, Expeditionary AI™, Expeditionary Diplomacy™, Negotiation Intelligence™, Negotiation AI™, Human × AI™, H×AI™, "At the edge of what's possible—together.™"), logos, written content, proprietary methodologies, analytic methods, heuristics, negotiation and stakeholder engagement frameworks, AI systems, algorithms, user interfaces, data analytics platforms, software, visual elements, and all other intellectual property—is owned by Expeditionary LLC, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates.

No rights are granted to you beyond the limited license to access and interact with the Site as outlined in these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit through the Site may be used by Expeditionary to improve our services without compensation or confidentiality obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Engagements and Professional Services

These Terms govern only your use of the Site. Separate agreements will apply to:

Global strategic advisory services and strategic consulting
Negotiation intelligence platforms, analytics and tools
AI-powered software solutions and workflow systems
Technology licensing and subscription services
Research collaborations and custom development projects
Expeditionary Diplomacy and strategic initiatives

All client engagements are provided with strict confidentiality protections and are conducted with absolute discretion. Specific terms, including confidentiality, licensing, and service levels, are detailed in individual agreements.

Nothing in these Terms should be construed as creating a client relationship or professional services agreement.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

The Site will operate without interruption or error.
Outputs are accurate, timely, complete, or suitable for reliance.
The Site is free from harmful code or third-party interference.
Beta features, early access tools, or experimental capabilities will remain available or unchanged.

Your use of the Site, including reliance on any outputs from beta features and early access tools, is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expeditionary LLC and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any output.In jurisdictions where such limitations are restricted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law.

For the avoidance of doubt, these limitations apply solely to use of this Site and do not apply to professional services, technology solutions, outputs and outcomes provided under separate client agreements.

In all cases, Expeditionary LLC's and its subsidiaries' total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

One hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or
The total amount you paid (if any) for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

You agree not to access or use the Site, Services, or any outputs in any manner that would violate:

Export control laws or regulations of any jurisdiction
Economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury (OFAC), United Nations, European Union, or other relevant authorities
Anti-terrorism laws or regulations
Any restrictions on dealings with sanctioned countries, entities, or individuals

You represent that your use of the Site will comply with all applicable sanctions and export control laws.

Ethical Use Policy

We reserve the right to decline or terminate access to our services and solutions for any use that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inconsistent with our mission and values.

Third-Party Services, Tools, Products and Collaborations

Expeditionary collaborates with leading AI laboratories, research institutions, data analytics, business intelligence, specialized advisory and technology partners. We specialize in evaluating, testing, and seamlessly integrating best-in-class third-party capabilities to deliver customized and comprehensive solutions for our clients.

Any third-party services, tools, products or capabilities referenced on this Site are for informational and demonstration purposes only. These demonstrations:

Remain subject to the applicable third party's terms of use and privacy policies
May have separate licensing or usage restrictions
Are simplified and illustrative examples not reflecting our full integration capabilities

Commercial and real-world deployments of third-party integrations are governed by separate agreements that include appropriate compliance frameworks, performance standards, benchmarks, disclosures on model training data and bias, and quality assurances. We work closely with our partners to ensure all integrations meet our clients' security, performance, and compliance requirements.

For Site demonstrations only, we are not responsible for third-party tool performance. Professional client engagements include comprehensive integration support and accountability as specified in individual agreements.

Nothing in these Site Terms affects intellectual property rights in third-party technologies. Professional integration partnerships and collaborations are governed by mutual agreements that respect and protect each party's intellectual property and confidential information.

Compliance and User Representations

By using the Site, you affirm that:

You will comply with all applicable laws, including export control and data protection regulations.
You are acting on behalf of a legitimate business, organization, or research entity.
You will not attempt to use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes or to disseminate sensitive third-party data.
