Expeditionary LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Expeditionary," "we," "us," or "our") is an applied AI and strategic advisory firm that delivers negotiation intelligence and strategy for complex, high-stakes challenges. We combine artificial intelligence research, technology development, and deep expertise to help clients achieve breakthrough outcomes.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and any associated tools, content, analytics, or interactive components.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply across all subdomains, forms, linked resources, and services under expeditionary.ai, whether or not explicitly referenced on each subpage.

"Human × AI" / "H×AI" refers to our approach of integrating human expertise with artificial intelligence capabilities to amplify human capabilities and strengthen human autonomy.
Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for informational and evaluation purposes only.
You agree not to:

These Terms govern only your use of the Site. Separate agreements will apply to:

Nothing in these Terms should be construed as creating a client relationship or professional services agreement.
Disclaimers
The Site and all content and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

Limitation of Liability

For the avoidance of doubt, these limitations apply solely to use of this Site and do not apply to professional services, technology solutions, outputs and outcomes provided under separate client agreements.
In all cases, Expeditionary LLC's and its subsidiaries' total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

The total amount you paid (if any) for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
You agree not to access or use the Site, Services, or any outputs in any manner that would violate:

We reserve the right to decline or terminate access to our services and solutions for any use that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inconsistent with our mission and values.
Third-Party Services, Tools, Products and Collaborations
Expeditionary collaborates with leading AI laboratories, research institutions, data analytics, business intelligence, specialized advisory and technology partners. We specialize in evaluating, testing, and seamlessly integrating best-in-class third-party capabilities to deliver customized and comprehensive solutions for our clients.
Any third-party services, tools, products or capabilities referenced on this Site are for informational and demonstration purposes only. These demonstrations:

Remain subject to the applicable third party's terms of use and privacy policies

May have separate licensing or usage restrictions

Commercial and real-world deployments of third-party integrations are governed by separate agreements that include appropriate compliance frameworks, performance standards, benchmarks, disclosures on model training data and bias, and quality assurances. We work closely with our partners to ensure all integrations meet our clients' security, performance, and compliance requirements.
For Site demonstrations only, we are not responsible for third-party tool performance. Professional client engagements include comprehensive integration support and accountability as specified in individual agreements.
Nothing in these Site Terms affects intellectual property rights in third-party technologies. Professional integration partnerships and collaborations are governed by mutual agreements that respect and protect each party's intellectual property and confidential information.
Compliance and User Representations
